If he were in a world with weaker barriers—like the Magic Mobile Phone universe or others like it—that function would work just fine.
And since the Magic Mobile Phone worked, then Doraemon probably wouldn’t be a problem either.
Even some of the items from the Four-Dimensional Pocket might retain some of their functions.
It wasn’t just about bringing inanimate objects to life. The ability to turn stillness into motion and break through dimensional limits—derived from absorbing the Rat Talisman into his [Natural Authority]—seemed even more special than the Talisman itself.
Maybe even items from anime worlds could…

How to develop it further would require some serious creativity.
