Sha Ya was still putting up an unyielding resistance.

The sound of a bell rang out—it was the bell tied around the ankle of a girl as pure white as snow. That foot pressed down on Sha Ya, giving her an incomparable sense of pleasure.

Sha Ya’s otherwise brilliant sequence of moves completely fell apart once Lilith pointed that out.

Jingle-jingle. The sound of the bell made both of them break out in cold sweat.
Lilith gritted her teeth, closed her eyes, and gave Sha Ya a hard pinch.
“Let’s fuse.”
Lilith let out a long sigh. Was it really coming to this after all?
The power of the shadows gathered around the Wolf King. Sha Ya once again felt this strange energy—the world before her eyes transformed. She could now see the flow of spiritual energy, along with another type of dark, murky aura.
“Okay, things aren’t too bad yet. We just need to restrain Ah Ji.”
“Will we win?” Lilith asked doubtfully.
Sha Ya responded with a confident statement.
“We will!”
Using Lilith’s ability, Sha Ya burst out from within Xue Ji’s shadow and tackled Xue Ji, whose eyes were glowing with an ambiguous pink haze.
