The Weeping Woman in white was an evil spirit the Winchester brothers had dealt with before.

But the one Anna encountered targeted the children of single mothers.
Both Patricia and Anna were single mothers raising kids, and coincidentally, both had two children.
This was likely the killing rule of that “Eurona.”
From Anna’s description, this version of the spirit was much more troublesome than the one they had encountered on the highway.
