In the actual story, the twelve talismans were never even used to their full potential.
Take the Ox Talisman, for example. Its power grants immense strength, greatly enhancing the user’s physical power while also rapidly growing their muscles to make them extremely sturdy. But ultimately, it doesn’t create power out of thin air.
Instead, it amplifies the user’s existing strength.
So if the user already possesses tremendous power, then the Ox Talisman’s boost becomes all the more terrifying.

But the Rat Talisman’s power to bring stillness to life was truly terrifying, allowing the host to gain abilities from whatever character they created.
If he made a stone statue of Uchiha Madara and put the Rat Talisman on it, he’d have a living, breathing Uchiha Madara who could use the Sharingan and ninjutsu.
Of course, the actual extent of that power would depend on the Rat Talisman’s upper limits.
What he really wanted, though, was to make a Doraemon statue and use the Rat Talisman to bring him to life.
The gadgets didn’t even matter—he just genuinely wanted a Doraemon.
