Chapter 110: A Memory That Never Existed (Part 1)
(Since this is a memory that never existed, anything could happen! (ノ゜?゜)ノ)
Outside a villa, Sirin pressed the doorbell. Soon, the door opened, and a head peeked out from behind it.
Seeing those sky-blue, crystal-clear eyes and that long pink hair, Sirin let out a small sigh of relief.
“Elysia, your body… are you alright?”
The beautiful lady shook her head.
“I’m fine now. But if we’re talking about fighting… I’ll need a long time to recover. Until then, I’ll have to rely on you all.”
As Elysia’s hands reached up to pinch Sirin’s cheeks, the latter, surprisingly, didn’t resist.
“Elysia, you managed to suppress Enoxia’s rampage all by yourself. That’s already incredible. If she had reached the nuclear launch terminal in that state… the consequences would’ve been unthinkable. You should rest here for now. As Enoxias closest sister, she wouldn’t want to see you risking yourself again. Don’t worry—leave the task of finding her to us.”
Sirin took a few steps toward the door but suddenly stopped and turned back before it closed.
“What’s wrong, Sirin? Is there something else?”
Sirin hesitated before speaking. “Well… Elysia, you know Enoxiacan move freely through networks, staying inside them indefinitely. If she’s determined to hide from us… even I, as the Herrscher of the Void, wouldn’t be able to find her.”
“I know. To her, you’re more important than a real sister. So… if—no, when—she misses you and comes back here but doesn’t want to see us… could you pass on a message for me?”
“Whether it’s me or Mom, our lives were saved by her. No matter what she becomes… as long as she’s still Enoxia, we’ll always be by her side. We’ll always be her family.”
Seeing Elysia nod, Sirin activated her Herrscher authority and vanished. Once she was gone, the pink-haired lady closed the door—and smiled eerily.
…..
Days later, Enoxia’s figure appeared in Antarctica.
The howling blizzard buried her body beneath layers of snow. The freezing temperatures meant nothing to a Herrscher’s physique, but they chilled her heart all the same.
Weeks ago, she had lost control. The good news? Before her consciousness fully slipped away, she had isolated herself in a desolate area, severed ties with her other avatars, and avoided causing any damage to human civilization.
The bad news? The only one with her when she completely lost it… was Elysia, who had chased after her.
Elysia was still dressed as the Miss Pink Elf™, her bow Floral Serenade in hand.
Facing the fully berserk Enoxia, her smile remained—only now, it carried a hint of resolve. She drew her bowstring and fired.
The arrow sank into Enoxia’s body like a pebble vanishing into the ocean, leaving only a ripple before disappearing entirely. Its sole purpose was to draw Enoxia’s attention.
Enoxia’s body dissolved into black mist, surging toward Elysia. The latter raised her hand, summoning a massive crystalline flower to block the assault. Just as the mist concentrated to break through, Elysia grinned and dropped her defenses—pulling the dark fog into an embrace.
“Your Herrscher core… is malfunctioning? Don’t worry. Let me fix it for you.”
A surge of pink energy flowed from Elysia’s body, pouring endlessly into Enoxia’s core. Enoxia writhed as if electrified, twisting within Elysia’s hold.
“Enoxia, you’re… as mischievous as ever. But that’s part of why I love you. So… please accept everything I have… with gratitude, okay? ♪”
As more energy flooded her core, Enoxia gradually calmed, like a kitten tuckered out from play. The black mist reassembled, reforming into the faded Miss Pink Elf™ before collapsing into Elysia’s arms.
“See? I told you~ A maiden’s heart can overcome anything! And besides… you’re my little sister. As your big sister… it’s only natural… to cherish you… always…”
Elysia’s body went limp, and she slumped to the ground.
By the time Enoxia awoke, the first thing she saw was Elysia’s lifeless, hollow gaze. Her Herrscher core—the Origin’s power—was completely drained.
“No matter when or where, Elysia will always answer your call~ ♪”
But now… it seemed no one would ever answer that call again.
Enoxia remained in the frozen wasteland, letting the storm bury her.
Until the sound of fluttering wings reached her ears. She shook off the snow just as Bella landed before her, kneeling on one knee. A faint red glint flickered deep in her eyes.
Enoxia stepped forward, gently stroking Bella’s hair before yanking her into an embrace, hands roaming freely over her body.
“Bella… since Elysia isn’t here anymore, you’ll have to take her place. You’ll stay with me forever… right?”
As Enoxia’s exploration grew more invasive, Bella’s face flushed.
“E-Enoxia… do whatever you want to me. But you promised… about Her Majesty—”
Enoxia patted Bella’s cheek. “Relaxxx~ From Siberia till now, have I ever betrayed Sirin? But Bella… you don’t want her to find out you’ve been corrupted by me, do you? That you’re my Honkai beast now?”
Bella’s face burned brighter. “I… I know. You promised… as long as I don’t resist when you… do these things… you won’t tell Her Majesty…”
She took a deep breath, as if steeling herself. “Even if I’m corrupted… I’m Her Majesty’s first… and yours second.”
Enoxia smirked. “I know. But that doesn’t stop Sirin and me from sharing you, does it?”
Bella didn’t argue. After a long pause, she spoke again.
“More than that… I’m worried about you. You’re my master now. I want you to be happy… but you’re still not facing the truth.”
“To save you… Elysia died. Even if you took her body and hid it where no one else could find her… that won’t change.”
“I just…”
Bella tried to continue, but Enoxia waved her off, clearly unwilling to hear more. Knowing it was pointless, Bella fell silent.
“What are Sirin’s plans now?”
Bella knelt again. “Her Majesty said that if you refuse to see her, forcing a meeting would only make things worse. So… she’s giving up the search for now.”
“Her birthday is coming up. She plans to gather everyone for a grand party at home. Lady Cecilia, Lady Durandal, and Lady Kiana will all be there.”
Enoxia’s lips curled. “I see. Spending her birthday with her mother and sisters… that’s one wish fulfilled.”
“Don’t worry, Bella. I won’t go myself, but I’ll send my blessings in my own way. As the Herrscher of Corruption, even if I’m right beside her, I have countless ways to stay hidden. You can go now.”
Bella bowed and took off, returning to Sirin that very night.
Sirin looked at her with pity.
“Where is Enoxia?”
“A-Antarctica… about 10 kilometers from the Great Wall Station.”
She pulled Bella into her arms, ignoring the dragon horns.
“You’ve suffered.”
Bella shook her head. “I’ll never regret carrying out Your Majesty’s orders. But… I’m afraid one day you’ll abandon me. After all… I’m no longer pure.”
Just then, Bella noticed violent tremors coming from the nearest room—Enoxia’s old bedroom, which should’ve been empty.
Alarmed, Bella slipped out of Sirin’s embrace and crept toward the door, flinging it open in a flash.
“Bella, wait—that’s—!”
Sirin tried to stop her, but it was too late.
Bella’s head snapped toward the scene: clothes strewn across the floor, two figures tangled in pleasure, faces flushed with enjoyment. Realizing her mistake, she froze.
“I—I’m sorry! Please… carry on.”
She scrambled out and shut the door. But the mood was already ruined. Soon, the two emerged, fully dressed and blushing furiously.
Sirin chuckled at their expressions.
“Kiana, you’re hopeless. How come Mei’s always on top? When will you finally become the Ride-Me娜 (Raiden-na)?”
Kiana glared. “Sis, you’re one to talk! You only know how to bully Bella. If Enoxia were here—”
“Ahem! Truce, truce. My bad.” Sirin raised her hands. “Now that Mei’s here, Bella still needs your help. Enoxia didn’t realize Bella can partially resist corruption—she didn’t access the critical memories.”
What Raiden Mei had done was simple: using the Herrscher of Thunder’s power, she upgraded Bella’s electromagnetic barrier. When focused, it could temporarily match the Herrscher’s own, partially shielding Bella from Enoxia’s probes.
Mei shook her head. “No need for thanks, Sirin. If the Gem of Conquest were still in you, you could’ve done even better—knowing Bella as well as you do.”
Just then, the villa’s door swung open. Everyone turned to see Cecilia and Ivan hauling in bags of groceries.
“Mom, if you’ve got this much to carry, just let me teleport it back with the Herrscher’s power.”
“Sirin, I was an S-rank Valkyrie. I’m only in my forties—I can handle groceries. Meanwhile, you’re a grown woman in your thirties, yet less mature than Durandal.”
Kiana scratched her head, only now realizing the age gap: Sirin was closer in age to Cecilia than to her sisters.
Noticing the items on the table, Bella slapped her forehead.
“Oh right! Enoxia said… for Your Majesty’s birthday, she’ll send her blessings her way.”
Cecilia’s expression softened with sorrow.
“Her own way, huh… That child has always been like this. After what happened… she must be hurting. Well… if she wants to meet us like that, let’s play along. No one expose her, alright?”
“Got it, Mom. I’ll let Durandal know.”
The group exchanged glances and nodded in agreement.
…..
The next day, in Elysia and Enoxia’s villa, Enoxia crawled out of the computer.
“Sirin’s birthday… What should I wear?”
She marched into Elysia’s room and flung open the closet. After careful deliberation, she settled on a white blouse and black skirt.
Back in her own room, Enoxia undressed and slipped into Elysia’s clothes.
Then, she retrieved a small box from a hidden corner—inside, a set of contact lenses. She remembered how hard she’d worked to obtain these.
Soon, her orange-yellow eyes transformed into a clear sky-blue, with a touch of pink at the center.
Satisfied, Enoxia opened another case: wigs made from Elysia’s hair.
She picked up a pink one and inhaled deeply—the scent of Elysia still lingered.
Enoxia’s expression turned rapturous as she altered her data, shortening her blue hair instantly.
Facing the mirror, she fitted the wig over her head.
Now, from her hair to her eyes, she was indistinguishable from the Miss Pink Elf™.
Finally, she fastened Elysia’s hairpiece and admired her reflection, lips curling into a haunting smile.
“See? Elysia… she’s right here, isn’t she?”
“How long should the birthday last…? Hmm. Let’s make it 24—no, *48* hours.”
After rewriting her own cognition to “I am Elysia,” Enoxia stepped out and headed for Sirin’s home.
