Gu Wan’er felt that what Yu Xiaoduo said wasn’t unreasonable. Such bizarre events could only be explained by equally bizarre theories.

Gu Wan’er glared at Yu Xiaoduo, but her gaze eventually softened. “Sorry. I just want to get my own body back as soon as possible.”
“I want to get my own body back too! You think I enjoy being a woman? Having to wear leggings and all.”
Gu Wan’er was speechless.
“What time is it?” Gu Wan’er suddenly asked.
“It’s almost nine. Damn, I ended up late.” Yu Xiaoduo was a perfectionist. He had never been late for work before. Today, not only had he turned into a girl, but his perfect record was ruined.
“I have to meet someone important today at ten. We need to go, now.” She finished speaking and stared directly at Yu Xiaoduo.
“Me go? That’s not a good idea. You go.” Yu Xiaoduo shook his head.
“Yu Xiaoduo! You’re occupying my body! How can I go?!”
“I’m not going. My parents would never accept this… Just let it all end. I give up on life.” Yu Xiaoduo sprawled out on the floor like a starfish, signaling he was done trying.
Gu Wan’er was frantic and immediately proposed, “How about this: until we find a solution, I’ll cover for you, and you cover for me. Deal?”
“Really?” Yu Xiaoduo shot up instantly, suddenly full of energy.
Gu Wan’er sighed helplessly. “What other choice do we have?”
Yu Xiaoduo shrugged. They would just have to make do for now.
“Go put on some leggings. I’ll fill you in on some things on the way.”
“Okay.” Yu Xiaoduo nodded, then looked at Gu Wan’er.
“What are you looking at me for? Go get dressed.”
Yu Xiaoduo said sheepishly, “Could you… maybe look away?”
Gu Wan’er was so frustrated she almost laughed. “I’ve seen more of it than you have, and you’re asking me to look away? Hurry up!”
Well, if the owner of the body didn’t care, what did he have to be shy about? He changed right there in front of her.
Gu Wan’er was distraught. Her pure, untainted body was just… gone. She turned and walked into the bathroom, then immediately yelled out, “Yu Xiaoduo! You took a shower this morning! I knew you weren’t a decent person!”
Seeing Gu Wan’er storm out of the bathroom to confront him, Yu Xiaoduo looked very embarrassed. “Ms. Gu, it’s not what you think.”
“Don’t I know exactly what was going on in your head!”
“It really wasn’t…”
“Then explain!”
“I…” Yu Xiaoduo couldn’t get the words out. He could only walk up to Gu Wan’er and whisper a couple of sentences in her ear.
The furious expression on Gu Wan’er’s face shifted to shock, then to mortified anger. “You did it standing up?!!!”
“Can you keep it down? You want the whole world to know?” Yu Xiaoduo rolled his eyes so hard they nearly went back into his head.
Gu Wan’er felt like crying but had no tears. What had she done to deserve this? Getting stuck in such a mess.
After getting ready, Yu Xiaoduo started to leave the bedroom.
“Wait, you’re just going to leave like that?” Gu Wan’er frowned.
“What else am I supposed to do?”
“I may be naturally beautiful, but public appearances still require a touch of makeup. Come here and sit down.” As she spoke, Gu Wan’er had already picked up the makeup products.
Yu Xiaoduo couldn’t help but chuckle. “Ms. Gu, you really know how to flatter yourself.”
“I’m merely stating facts. Hold still!”
A while later, Yu Xiaoduo complimented, “Ms. Gu, your eyebrow-drawing skills are pretty impressive.”
Gu Wan’er just gave a cold snort.
“Ms. Gu, I’d like to remind you too. Try not to show too many feminine mannerisms in my body. Otherwise, people will think I’m a pervert.”
“As if you aren’t.”
Seeing Yu Xiaoduo’s face harden into a glare, Gu Wan’er said flatly, “I know. You don’t need to teach me.”

A bodyguard opened the iron gate, and the two stepped out. However, parked next to the BMW was a Rolls-Royce Dawn. Yu Xiaoduo’s eyes lit up. Nice car.
“Ahem!” Gu Wan’er cleared her throat as a warning.
A man in a gray LV suit got out of the car holding a bouquet of flowers. His outfit was so covered in LV logos it looked like he wanted to plaster them on his face. But to be fair, Yu Xiaoduo thought the man was somewhat handsome, though compared to himself, he was still a tiny bit behind.
“Who’s this guy?” Yu Xiaoduo asked quietly.
Gu Wan’er said dismissively, “Just an admirer. Get rid of him quickly.”
Yu Xiaoduo understood immediately. It was his first time doing something like this, and it felt rather refreshing.
Fu Yangxue came from quite an influential family; they were in the mining business. After returning from studying abroad, he started his own ventures and had achieved considerable success, earning a decent reputation among the young elites in his circles.
Yesterday, he had heard the news that his goddess was in Longhai City, and he had come first thing this morning to wait for her.
