With My Ability To Swap, I Will Never End Up In A Love Triangle Mess - Chapter 92
The next morning, Xia Xi woke up groggily.
No nightmares this time—just a strangely heavy, slightly suffocating feeling on his chest.
Xia Yue had been unusually well-behaved too. No sneaky nighttime ambushes, no taunting him with “Useless onii-chan~” to drag him out of bed. Maybe yesterday’s outing had worn her out, leaving her still fast asleep.
Good. Xia Xi hadn’t slept in for ages. He figured he’d take care of his morning business, then crawl right back under the covers.
But when he threw off the blanket, his eyes landed on the cute cartoon print of a white T-shirt.
Huh? Did I wear this to bed last night?
Rubbing his eyes, he shuffled to the bathroom in his slippers.
“Uh… Since when is our sink this high?”
For some reason, everything in the house seemed one size larger today.
Standing in front of the toilet, he hooked his thumbs into the waistband of his (or rather, Xia Yue’s) bear-patterned shorts, ready to relieve himself—
—when suddenly—
“WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!”
The loose white T-shirt had already slipped off one shoulder, revealing smooth, faintly pink skin.
And when Xia Xi looked down—
(Saw something he shouldn’t have.)
His hands shot up to press against the unexpected protrusions under his shirt, a bizarre sensation flooding his brain.
No time to process. He yanked his half-removed shorts back up and bolted to the full-length mirror in his room.
His face was still his—handsome, if a bit bed-headed.
But the body? Completely different.
A petite, girlish frame paired with a guy’s face made him look like a little girl with a man’s head. Not creepy, but… distinctly odd.
Thankfully, Xia Xi’s naturally delicate features meant he just looked like a case of “prematurely aged loli syndrome.”
“It’s over… It’s all over…”
Staring at his soft, tiny hands—so obviously not his own—he felt the sky might as well have collapsed.
Only the third day, and aside from his head and his lifelong companion, every inch of him had transformed into Xia Yue’s likeness.
And even if she was flat-chested, wearing nothing but a loose sleepshirt still made certain things… noticeable.
Wait.
If his upper half had become Xia Yue’s, then that meant—
BANG!
Xia Xi slammed open Xia Yue’s door.
Sure enough, the brat was already awake, sitting cross-legged on her bed with a floor mirror propped in front of her—grinning like an idiot.
“Ehhh~? Onii-chan, you’re up~?”
Xia Yue slurped back a trail of drool, wiped her mouth, then pulled the blanket over her bare torso, flashing him a sugary smile.
“Hehe, onii-chan looks so girly now~”
Covering her mouth, she giggled at Xia Xi’s delicate new frame.
“Laugh all you want. Like I chose this.”
Xia Xi clenched his (adorably tiny) fists, grinding his teeth.
“And what the hell were you doing? Why’s the mirror even on your bed?”
He already knew the answer. Xia Yue didn’t bother hiding it, tossing the blanket aside with a flourish.
There it was—his original male body, shamelessly on display.
“Just doing some ~scientific research~ for the sake of biology!”
She patted her (his?) chest proudly, as if conducting Nobel-worthy experiments.
“Nee, onii-chan, your pecs are so hard! They don’t feel like mine at all~”
Watching his little sister—with his face—explore his body with way too much enthusiasm, Xia Xi snapped.
Grabbing a nearby pajama top, he lunged to yank it over her head.
“Nooo! I’m not done playing yet!”
The gremlin thrived in chaos.
With their current size and strength difference, Xia Xi stood no chance—until, after some half-hearted flailing, Xia Yue finally went limp, pouting but compliant.
Still, even once dressed…
“Pfft—onii-chan, your body’s too big! My clothes don’t fit at all~”
Xia Yue spun in a circle, the borrowed pajama top barely covering half her (his?) torso, leaving the abdomen exposed like some risqué costume.
“Stay here. I’ll get my clothes.”
Too traumatized by his own body striking seductive poses, Xia Xi fetched a set of his casual wear for her.
The result? A loli-faced, scrawny guy—like some “10,000 Cold Jokes” version of Nezha.
“Onii-chan, we’ve swapped, like, most of our bodies now! D’you think it’ll keep going tomorrow? Will I actually become you?”
Xia Yue sat on the bed, instinctively trying to swing her legs—only to realize her feet now touched the floor. No more “shorty can’t reach” moments.
“Dunno. I hope it reverses.”
Xia Xi did know, of course. The system in his head had made it clear: Five days until full swap. Then, goodbye to his old friend.
“No way~! I don’t wanna swap back! I haven’t even started my ‘Ultimate Onii-chan Experience Plan’ yet!”
What kind of deranged scheme is that?!
Xia Xi’s eyes darted to her bedroom door.
Maybe I should lock her in for three days? Before she could ruin his reputation.
…But could he, in this state?
Eyeing his now-giant sister, Xia Xi felt profoundly unsafe.
“Onii-chan, you’re thinking something rude, aren’t you…?”
Xia Yue’s eyes gleamed. Suddenly, she loomed over him, literally looking down.
“Wow~ From this angle, onii-chan’s so tiny! Is this how you always saw me?”
Her hands clamped onto his shoulders. Then, with a devilish grin, her gaze dropped to certain areas of his (her?) body.
“What are you—DON’T YOU DARE—”
Xia Xi squirmed, but in this frail girl’s body, escape was hopeless.
“Relaaax~ I won’t do anything… Just helping onii-chan understand his imouto better~ Ehehehe…”
