The Almighty Martial Arts System - Chapter 326
Punches, kicks, plus shattered liquor bottles over the head—Jiang Fei channeled all the fury in his heart into a full repertoire of martial arts, unleashing it all on this Boss Guo Jianren. He directly beat this boss, who loved to show off and put on airs, to within an inch of his life, as if he’d been completely broken.
Honestly, Guo Jianren kind of wished he would just die right now. Jiang Fei’s methods specifically targeted the most painful points on his body. The intense agony was worse than death itself!
But Jiang Fei wouldn’t let him die. He couldn’t even pass out.
Finally, with a fierce kick, Jiang Fei sent him flying like a piece of trash. The combination of internal and external injuries made Guo Jianren spit out a mouthful of blood, yet he felt a sense of relief.
Only after thoroughly venting his rage did Jiang Fei quickly hurry to Su Nan’s side and ask, “Sister Nan, are you okay?”
Wasn’t that a stupid question?
Look at her state, and you ask if she’s okay? Of course she’s not okay!
Jiang Fei quickly realized this too and hurriedly helped Su Nan up from the couch. The moment he gently pulled her, Su Nan, who had been holding on by a thread, automatically wrapped her arms around Jiang Fei’s neck like a beautiful serpent, pressing herself against him.
Since Su Nan wasn’t wearing her outer coat, just a long, knee-length, form-fitting black T-shirt that hugged her hips, and tight, warm black stockings that accentuated her long, shapely, and elastic legs, her full, tempting, peach-like perfect figure seemed to envelop Jiang Fei like water.
Furthermore, Su Nan hadn’t actually drunk much today. The only glass she had was the drugged red wine from Guo Jianren. So, her breath against Jiang Fei’s ear was fragrant, not tainted by the unpleasant smell of alcohol. It was incredibly hard to resist.
Jiang Fei’s thoughts instantly flashed back to that night long ago. Back then, he hadn’t yet established the Jiang Clinic and was still running his practice opposite Su Nan’s. The series of explicit things they had done behind closed doors in his clinic suddenly diverted a significant amount of his still-simmering anger.
However, Jiang Fei hadn’t lost his senses. He knew this wasn’t the right place. He quickly reached up, took hold of one of Su Nan’s soft hands from behind his neck, and checked her pulse to assess her condition.
The moment his fingers touched her wrist, the situation became clear.
As expected, these scumbags had indeed drugged Su Nan with an aphrodisiac, and a particularly potent one at that. Otherwise, Su Nan wouldn’t have lost control to this extent. For an ordinary doctor, completely dispersing the effects of this drug would be impossible; aside from letting it run its course after… well, fulfillment… there was basically no other method.
But Jiang Fei’s medical skills were on par with the ancient sages. He had a way to neutralize this kind of drug using acupuncture. However, it would take a bit of time; it wasn’t something that could be done with just a couple of quick needles.
Frowning in thought for a moment, Jiang Fei quickly retrieved a silver needle from his storage space. He inserted it into an acupoint on the back of Su Nan’s neck, simultaneously employing the ‘Energy Manipulation’ technique from the Divine Needle Eight Methods, channeling a stream of his own internal ‘Qi’ into her body.
Su Nan, who had nearly been driven irrational by the drug’s torment, suddenly felt a faint, cool sensation spreading through her body. It felt like eating a piece of ice on a hot summer day—refreshing to the core.
Although it didn’t completely eradicate the feeling of millions of ants crawling inside her, it temporarily suppressed it. The inner restlessness and itching still made her uncomfortable, but she could maintain her rationality for now.
“Thank you…” Su Nan straightened up slightly, no longer pressing herself against Jiang Fei. Her full, heavy breasts, like two soft water balloons, pulled away.
But her hands still rested on Jiang Fei’s chest. Her crimson lips breathed out fragrantly, warm breath spraying against Jiang Fei’s face. Especially combined with her still-glistening eyes and her smooth, tender, blushing cheeks, it created a breathtaking charm!
Jiang Fei secretly bit the tip of his tongue, resisting the urge to pull this beautiful young woman who loved wearing black stockings into his embrace. “Let’s get out of here first. By the way, that ‘piece of work’ ex-husband of yours, Li Wei, is involved in this today, right? I can’t believe I misjudged him last time. This scumbag has sunk lower than I expected. I was in a hurry to get in here earlier, so I went too easy on him. Let me deal with that guy properly before we leave.”
Thinking of this, a cold smile spread across Jiang Fei’s face.
The two main perpetrators of this incident were that Guo Jianren and Li Wei. Not giving these two a thorough beating would make it hard to truly vent his fury.
That bastard Guo had already been beaten half to death by Jiang Fei. The pain he was feeling now was just the beginning; even if he got to a hospital, he’d be in agony for months, probably with permanent after-effects. So, he’d been dealt with thoroughly. But as for that ultimate scumbag Li Wei, Jiang Fei hadn’t had time to properly settle the score with him yet. Kicking him away earlier was letting him off far too easily.
Hearing Jiang Fei’s words, Su Nan, struggling to suppress the turmoil inside her, also felt a surge of hatred. She didn’t stop Jiang Fei. If Jiang Fei hadn’t arrived at the last moment today, she would probably have preferred death. Not punishing the mastermind Li Wei severely would leave her feeling unresolved!
Fortunately, just as Jiang Fei mentioned going to find Li Wei, the private room door was suddenly pushed open violently. Limping, clutching his stomach, his face still contorted in pain, Li Wei walked in, leading a group of fierce-looking thugs who clearly weren’t good people.
This group was, naturally, the ‘security’ personnel of this Midsummer KTV, the subordinates of the bald man, Brother Long.
There were probably close to twenty people crowding in. Even though this was the largest VIP room, it suddenly felt cramped.
“Brother Long! Brother Long! Are you okay? Are you hurt?” someone quickly asked, helping the bald man up. Actually, Brother Long’s injuries weren’t too severe, mostly superficial wounds without internal damage, so his subordinates managed to get him up quickly.
“Dammit, what do you think? It took you bastards long enough to get here!” Brother Long cursed loudly.
Li Wei, also injured, went straight to help the half-dead Guo Jianren whom Jiang Fei had beaten. Seeing Guo Jianren’s miserable state—his body a bloody mess, his head especially disfigured beyond recognition, probably unrecognizable even to his own mother—Li Wei was terrified.
“Boss Guo? Boss Guo? Don’t die! You can’t die! I brought reinforcements to save you!” he cried out fearfully.
Of course, Guo Jianren wasn’t dead. He was just in so much pain that not only was his mouth twitching, but his heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys felt like they were convulsing too, his nerves nearly numb. Li Wei’s touch only added to his agony. He could only manage a gurgled, “You… you’re the one who’s dead! Quick… go get revenge for me!”
Brother Long also snapped back to attention, glaring viciously at Jiang Fei. “You brat! Daring to cause trouble at Midsummer KTV? I think you have a death wish! Get him! Don’t hold back! Even if you kill this guy, I’ll… I mean, Boss Guo will take responsibility!”
Maiming someone was trivial, a minor issue. But killing someone wasn’t so easy to handle; it was better to let Guo Jianren take the fall for that. Looking at Guo Jianren’s state, which was infinitely more pathetic and miserable than his own, Brother Long guessed Guo probably had no objections to seeing Jiang Fei dead.
The underlings who received the order immediately flashed cruel looks in their eyes and viciously charged at Jiang Fei.
This guy had managed to break into Midsummer KTV alone and even managed to subdue their boss without anyone noticing; he was probably a tough nut to crack, somewhat skilled. But no matter how good one person was, could he really take on twenty strong men?
They’d overwhelm him through sheer numbers!
So, the underlings charged at Jiang Fei with excited cruelty, as if they could already see him trampled into mincemeat.
Jiang Fei, however, wore a slight smile. He gently moved Su Nan behind him, cracked his neck, stretched his limbs, and grinned. “Perfect timing. This lets me properly mete out some justice.”
Whoosh!
Before Su Nan could even scream or try to stop him, Jiang Fei surged forward, like a small boat plunging into towering, stormy waves.
To everyone in the room, Jiang Fei’s move seemed like sheer suicide. He would undoubtedly be immediately and unquestionably trampled by the twenty-odd men, his little boat capsized by the first wave.
But the reality was vastly different.
In just an instant, it left everyone—Su Nan, Bald Brother Long, Li Wei, and even the beaten-beyond-recognition Guo Jianren—staring dumbfounded, as if they had seen a monster.
Comparing Jiang Fei charging into the twenty-plus security guards to a small boat facing waves was entirely inappropriate.
A more fitting description might be a fierce tiger charging into a flock of utterly defenseless sheep.
Thud! Thud! Thud! Thud! A series of dull thumps echoed.
Jiang Fei’s every punch and kick was like a machine. Every guard he lightly connected with flew back as if hit by a giant hammer—some skidding along the floor into the corner, others sent flying through the air until they hit a wall before falling.
In about half a minute, not a single one of the twenty-or-so men was left standing!
Jiang Fei stood alone in the center of the room, holding his final punching pose, surrounded by a scattered mess of bodies lying on the floor. He looked even more impressive than Ip Man taking on ten!
“What… what kind of monster is this?!” Bald Brother Long and Li Wei were practically scared pissless, unable to speak.
It wasn’t until Jiang Fei started walking towards them with a smile that the two men wore expressions like they’d just been told their fathers died. They shook their heads frantically at Jiang Fei, their looks resembling the pleas of a young girl facing a big, brutish man, begging him not to come any closer.
Any closer, and we’re gonna scream!
